Aerial yoga class inversions

New to Aerial Yoga?

Aerial Yoga is the latest addition to CALM Derby. During classes, hammocks are used as a prop to offer extra support in many postures and even a feeling of weightlessness.

Suitable for all levels, this fun-filled practice will support you in building strength, flexibility, balance and coordination– all whilst trying something new and having a few laughs!

Launched in May 2021, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Our private group aerial sessions allow you to explore this playful practice among friends, in whichever style suits the mood of your party.

Whether you want to release your inner child with inversions and new challenges, or simply melt away into relaxation. Aerial Yoga is a truly versatile activity, perfect for making memories and filling your day with joy.
