I'm Kat, a trauma-informed yoga teacher and holder of embodied spaces. I teach classes, workshops and 1-1s that integrate yoga, mindfulness, somatics & neuroscience. I'm passionate about helping people with their mental health by integrating yoga practices, neuroscience, mindfulness & massage. It is through working with trauma & mental health in particular that I have developed an interest in the healing power of touch. The massage treatments I offer place you at the center of your experience and are tailored to your needs. Whether you are looking for a treatment to support your mental and physical health, are needing some self-care, or simply craving a big dollop of relaxation, I aim to meet you where you are with tenderness & support.

All treatments can be booked up to 6 weeks in advance, if you see no availability with one of our team, this generally means they're fully booked.
