CALM is looking for a short term investment pot to renovate the drainage works on site at CALM Burton.
- the existing drainage works are not suitable for 'flow' of customers that we have in the premises and subsequently become blocked frequently.
- this will remove the need for a monthly drain unblocking bill.
- Gives us the opportunity to repaint the lines back in and reintroduce the additional side car park spaces on the premises.
The agreement is between you (the investor) and CALM. There is no financial penalty for early repayment by CALM to the investor.
Contracts are drawn up and digitally signed by both parties. CALM is responsible for all repayments to the investor.

The next investment can pick between one of the following bonus perks:
