CALM Investment

The agreement is between you (the investor) and CALM. There is no financial penalty for early repayment by CALM to the investor. Capital at risk.

Contracts are drawn up and digitally signed by both parties. CALM is responsible for all repayments to the investor.

Utilisation of funds:

• Roof repair in Burton studio, have the valley reconstructed so no longer flat, causing issues with leaking in the studio.
• Replacement of infrared heaters in the studios, some are faulty and need to be replaced. Lowered 0.5m in Derby to prevent roof damage from continuing due to heat fluctuation.
• Ceiling repair in Derby in reception in studio 1 & 3, deflection gutter on the external of the building to prevent rain from entering in the valley.
• Redo kitchen area in both studios with purpose built shelving to support new washing facilities.

29th September 2024 - 18,029 clients across Burton & Derby. Averaging 12 new sign ups per day. From referrals and paid advertising (c.£3,000 PCM allocated to this)

We're estimating this number will reach 20,000 by January 2025.
