CALM Investment
The agreement is between you (the investor) and CALM. There is no financial penalty for early repayment by CALM to the investor. Capital at risk.
Contracts are drawn up and digitally signed by both parties. CALM is responsible for all repayments to the investor.
Utilisation of funds:
Round 1: fully funded, installation ordered.
- Roof repair in Burton studio, have the valley reconstructed so no longer flat, causing issues with leaking in the studio.
- Replacement of infrared heaters in the studios, some are faulty and need to be replaced. Lowered 0.5m in Derby to prevent roof damage from continuing due to heat fluctuation.
- Ceiling repair in Derby in reception in studio 1 & 3, deflection gutter on the external of the building to prevent rain from entering in the valley.
- Redo kitchen area in both studios with purpose built shelving to support new washing facilities.
Round 2: pending
- Replacing of aerial silks in studio 2 (Derby)
- Replacing stolen equipment: yoga bolsters and blankets across all studios (impressive people managed to smuggle out of the building lol)
- Order additional equipment for classes, blocks, bricks, eye pillows, straps and yoga mats as student numbers continue to grow.
- Replacing tablets for music in the studios (most are 7+ years old) and treatment rooms.
- Upgrading locks on the doors of the building with keyless entry for the team and press to enter access for students adding to security and safety for all.
- Build additional room at the end of the corridor by the treatment rooms to house all linen in Derby, feeing up space in the kitchen area.
CALM Growth: 24th October 2024 - 18,741 clients across Burton & Derby. Averaging 12 new sign ups per day. From referrals and paid advertising (c.£3,000 PCM allocated to this)
We're estimating this number will reach 20,000 by January 2025.
